All personal training sessions are held at the gym during the hours of 7am - 8pm. Monday - Saturday.

If you would like to book a session outside of these hours then please get in touch as additional fees will apply.

How long till I see results?

In all honesty the minimum amount of time is usually 3-6 months with good adherence to your nutrition plan and regular training.
