Online coaching is a great option for those who have hectic schedules and are still committed to the change and journey whilst 1-1 training sessions are the ultimate in tailored, guided workouts with support and motivation during the toughest of workouts.

1-1 PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION

A single 1-1 personal training session.

Sessions last 1 hour

1 SESSION per week

4 P.T. sessions booked at the same time to be used within a 1 month period.

2 SESSIONS per week

8 P.T. sessions booked at the same time to be used within a 1 month period.

ONLINE MONTHLY 
COACHING

Monthly Online Coaching subscription including Nutrition guidance, Checkins  and 4 week training cycle.
